Saturday, July 15, 2017
9:00 am – Registration; Coffee, donuts and cinnamon rolls for a light breakfast
10:30 am – Dessert Contest judging
11:30 am – Group photo and Pledge of Allegiance
Noon – Blessings and then lunch provided
1:00 pm – Business Meeting
2:00 pm – Live & Silent Auction
A luncheon will generously be provided by the family of Shelly Baize!
As always, it will be necessary to get a headcount so there will be enough food for all.

The dessert contest will have prizes for the First, Second and Third Place winners! We will all get to sample the desserts after our luncheon.
Our silent and live auction with the proceeds going to help the association support the Peter Cauble House, cemeteries, DNA projects and scholarships, among other things. Please bring your items to donate to this wonderful cause! Anything is appreciated!
